We are so very happy with our new chest.....my son and I discussed that our family could pass this treasure chest down for generations to come. I could tell that the product would be exceptional simply by looking at the package that was delivered. It was wrapped so neatly and our new chest was cushioned and protected so well. Hi there, so I forgot to send you a message the other day, but I wanted to let you know that I received the chest. They packed it very well this time, I am glad too cuz once again the box was smashed up...I got really nervous when they delivered it and the box looked the same as the first one lol, but there was no damage to the chest, Aaaaand....... its perfect! I actually really like that the entrance for the hidden bottom shelf and the entrance for the lid compartment are on opposite ends of the chest... i think we had them both on the right side with the first chest... and I love how you did the magnets/opening on the lid compartment. The magnet for the first box was okay, but now that I have seen this one I am glad that I dont have to find a magnet handle in order to open it. And the space inside the main part of the chest is perfect, I can actually store my book both hotdog or hamburger ways! Which is fantastic! (haha, my way of saying horizontally or vertically) anyway, just wanted to say thank you very much and let you know I am very happy ")

When I first opened the chest, the black chain was twisted a few times. It prevented the top for opening up all of the way. A quick inspection and I figured out the chain had twisted around the screw a few times. Probably during shipping. That was easy to fix. And I am completely happy with the chest. I just wanted to provide that feedback to you that way maybe you can figure out how to prevent that from twisting. Most people could probably figure out the chain was twisted, but there is always that one person who would complain!! Love the chest! Thanks so much!

Joel, Just thought I would drop you a line and let you know that the custom gaming chest you built for me is in wonderful condition. I still get compliments from time to time (most of the players at the local game shop have already seen it). The lid storage area still works great, velcro and all, and I stash my cigars, extra sleeves and cards up there. Down below is a custom gaming mat, several dice and glass counters, a bag of steel pennies and two Commander decks (for playing Magic: the Gathering, a collectible card game). I still get a strong whiff of varnish when I open it, but that is like the scent of cedar in a fresh box of cigars - brings memories of good times, every time. The brass fitting are holding up very well. I love my game box. Thank you so much for putting the time and effort into making it a success! Regards, Steve

Joel, The chest arrived last night... And it's GORGEOUS! Better than I envisioned--looks so much like a real ship's treasure chest that I expected a pirate to burst through my front door to carry it away! :D Dave absolutely loves it. We have received the chests just in time for my daughter to come in from Washington DC. Both her and my Son-In –Law loved them. My grandson Max, 6 years old went crazy over his chest. My other new grandson Teddy 2 months will love his in time. The workmanship is truly unbelievable. I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism. That is truly rare today.
